After the AOD meter is turned on, some pixels on the screen are always on, which will increase power consumption.
1. Open XINJI watch APP and turn on ‘Raise to Wake’. Then check if the screen turns on normally.
2. If it doesn’t work, check the AOD function on your watch. The screen cannot turn on automatically when you open the Always On Display Clock. Turn off the AOD function and check your smartwatch again.
3. If it still doesn’t work, open the XINJI watch app and check the DND mode. The watch does not automatically turn on the screen when in do not disturb mode. Turn off DND mode or change the time interval then rotate your wrist again.
- Some watches only support local music playback on the watch and phone playback control (can’t play music from the phone), such as N2. To play music locally on your watch, you first need to store songs on the watch, use the data cable from the accessory to connect to your computer, and save the songs to the “U disk:audio” folder. . Then switch playback mode to “watch music”. To control play/pause on your phone, you need to select the music control button on your phone.
- Some watches can support playing music from your phone via Bluetooth, such as the C3. You need to open the multimedia audio button, then you can go to the music menu to control the music app on your phone and play songs from your phone.
- If the above methods don’t work, it might be because the phone system intelligently terminates power-consuming application processes, making the watch sometimes unable to control or play music on phone. Please complete the following:
1. Make sure your phone/watch is not in “Airplane” or “Do Not Disturb” mode.
2. Make sure your phone can receive notifications and that they show up on your phone’s lock screen. If you get notifications on your phone without sound or vibration, you’ll also get notifications on your watch without vibration.
3. Check and make sure you’re not blocking the app by: Open the WearOS app > Tap Notifications > You will see a list of applications. To unblock an app, enable the desired app to receive notifications.
4. Check if your phone and watch are connected via Bluetooth. If your watch is not paired, you will see a cloud with a line in the middle.
5. Restart your phone and see. Note: If none of the above works, try resetting the watch to factory settings (all data on the watch will be erased) and re-pairing the devices.
